Ordering and Payment Policies

            The non-refundable setting fee is paid one half to hold your date and the balance due at the time of the portrait session.  Your previews will be available for viewing approximately 14 days following the portrait session.  Selections are made online or in the studio at a time scheduled for your convenience.  

            When you place your order, the full amount of the order is due.  If the order is not picked up within 30 days after you have been notified it is ready, it will be disposed of at the photographers discretion, and all deposits will be non-refundable.  Prices are guaranteed no longer than 60 days after the date of your portrait session.

            All negatives are the sole property of Lloyd’s Dream Photography, to be used at the photographer’s discretion for advertising and display purposes. Lloyd’s Dream Photography liability is limited to the refund of all deposits received.  All photographs created by Lloyd’s Dream Photography have copyright restrictions and may not be duplicated in any form without written permission by Lloyd Jones.
